Shipping & Delivery Protocol

Thank you for choosing Pouweney, a registered US trademark dedicated to providing premium human hair wigs and accessories. To ensure complete transparency and a seamless shopping experience, please review our comprehensive shipping protocols below.

1. Sourcing Origin & Shipping Destination

  • Direct from the Source: To guarantee you receive authentic, premium hair products at fair prices, all Pouweney orders are rigorously inspected, packaged, and shipped directly from our manufacturing and operational hub in Xuchang City, Henan Province, China—globally recognized as the capital of premium human hair crafting. By shipping directly from our facility, we bypass trading middlemen and maintain strict quality control.

  • Shipping Zone: We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. (Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or US Territories to ensure secure, tracked delivery.)

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Thresholds We offer a straightforward, flat-rate shipping structure based on your total order value at checkout (calculated before taxes and after any active discounts):

  • Orders under $80.00 USD: $9.00 USD Flat-Rate Standard Shipping

  • Orders $80.00 USD and over: Free Standard Shipping

3. Processing, Transit & Total Delivery Times Because high-quality hair units require careful inspection before dispatch, our fulfillment timeline is structured as follows:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after this time will enter the processing queue on the following business day.

  • Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday). This phase includes order verification, lace/hair quality inspection, and secure packaging at our Xuchang facility.

  • Transit Time: 7 to 12 business days (Monday – Friday). This is the time your package spends in transit via reliable international air freight and your local US postal carrier.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 15 business days (Handling Time + Transit Time).

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

4. Order Tracking System Once your package leaves our Xuchang fulfillment center, an automated shipping confirmation email will be sent to you, complete with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the international carrier's system to sync and display the initial transit data.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Because your order is shipped internationally from our facility in China, it will pass through US customs. For the vast majority of personal consumer orders, the value falls well below the US import tax threshold, meaning no additional customs duties apply. However, in the rare event that local customs authorities assess import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees, these charges remain the sole responsibility of the client. Pouweney does not collect or prepay these fees.

6. Delivery Security & Address Accuracy

  • Address Verification: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate during checkout. Pouweney is not liable for delayed, misrouted, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the client.

  • Undelivered Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but the package is missing, please check with household members and your local postal carrier first. If the package remains unfound after 3 business days, email us at support@pouweneyusa.com so we can assist in opening an official investigation with the carrier.
